Georges Flaig wuchs in den G\u00e4ngen des Anthon Hotels auf, erlernte in dessen G\u00e4rten das Laufen, entdeckte die Aromen in den K\u00fcchen des Restaurants. &#8222;Ich geh\u00f6re zum Inventar&#8220;, l\u00e4chelt er. Sein Urgro\u00dfvater heiratete eine der T\u00f6chter der Familie Anthon, Besitzerin dieses ehemaligen Posthauses im Herzen des Naturparks der Nordvogesen, im malerischen Dorf Obersteinbach. Seit Napoleons Zeiten ist es ein Gasthaus, seit vier Generationen im Besitz der Familie Flaig.<\/p>\n<p>Nachdem er die Grundlagen des Kochberufs erlernt hatte, perfektionierte Georges seine Ausbildung bei den gro\u00dfen K\u00f6chen wie Loiseau und Westermann und reiste entsprechend seinen Verpflichtungen von Saint-Tropez \u00fcber Courchevel nach Argentinien. Im Jahr 2001, im Alter von nur 24 Jahren, \u00fcbernahm er das Unternehmen, das seit dem Tod des Vaters, als Georges noch ein Kind war, von der Mutter geleitet worden ist.<\/p>\n<p>Georges Flaig bietet eine K\u00fcche an, die er selbst als &#8222;frei&#8220; bezeichnet. &#8222;Wir kochen, was wir gerne essen, Dinge, die oberfl\u00e4chlich einfach erscheinen, aber mit viel Geschmack und harter Arbeit. &#8220; Alles ist hausgemacht mit lokalen und saisonalen Produkten: Brot, Geb\u00e4ck, Joghurt, Marmelade, Eiscreme&#8230;.&#8220; Wir haben das Gl\u00fcck, mit herausragenden Produzenten zusammenarbeiten zu k\u00f6nnen. In der N\u00e4he gibt es zum Beispiel eine Forellenzucht, die es uns erm\u00f6glicht, das ganze Jahr \u00fcber einen unserer gro\u00dfen Klassiker anzubieten: Forellenravioli mit kandierten Schalotten. Wir erfinden die els\u00e4ssische K\u00fcche auf eine modernere, leichtere Art und Weise neu. Aber wir bieten nat\u00fcrlich auch Barsch und Jakobsmuscheln an, ein Muss auf jeder Karte ! \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Georges plante schon lange im wundersch\u00f6nen 6 Hektar gro\u00dfen Park hinter dem Hotel alternative \u00dcbernachtungsm\u00f6glichkeiten anzubieten. &#8220; Zelte mit Sternenblick gab es bereits vorher schon im Park, aber die Bleu Minuit Lodges sind besser geeignet, da sie sowohl \u00f6kologischer sind und einen gehobenen Standard bieten. Sie entsprechen mehr unserer Philosophie: Natur, Charme und Geschmack. Es ist ein ganz anderes Unterkunftsangebot als die 13 Zimmer des Hotels, einem alten Geb\u00e4ude.
