Bleu Minuit has set up its lodges in the grounds of the Anthon restaurant for a sensory experience that extends right down to the plate… Renowned for its home-cooked cuisine using local produce, let the flavours rush in and your taste buds awaken to the taste of the dishes prepared by Georges Flaig, the restaurant’s chef. Taste a cuisine of traditional Alsatian dishes revisited as the chef likes to call it, “cuisine libre”!

The Bleu Minuit lodges have the look and feel of Tiny Houses, and are ecologically built for comfort and low carbon impact. These modern wood and glass ‘cabins’ have large windows that let in lots of natural light. They offer a view of the sky, making them the perfect place for an original getaway from the stresses of everyday life !
Unfortunately we don’t accept animals, even small ones! Yes, at Bleu Minuit we love animals, but our lodges a little less so…
The wellness area is shared by Bleu Minuit and Anthon customers and is open from 3pm to 6pm in winter and from 3pm to 7pm in summer.
