General terms and conditions of sale


1. Rules and Regulations
For bookings made through our online booking system with secure payment www.bleu-minuit.com, the amount of the stay will be charged to your credit card in full at the time of booking.
For bookings made by telephone or e-mail via our booking service, the total amount of the stay will be paid in full by bank transfer at the time of booking. In this case, the reservation is blocked for 15 days. Receipt of payment within this period will validate the reservation.
Attention: your booking option may be cancelled in case of late payment, the payment window being set at 15 days.

2. Retraction
A cooling off period of 7 days following the date of booking or purchase of a gift voucher is granted regardless of the booking method. An administrative fee may be charged depending on the method of refund, corresponding to €5 for a refund by bank transfer.

3. Accepted payment methods
Bank transfer to Crédit Mutuel, bank details on request at the time of booking.
The amount must be paid in full into our bank account: any transfer fees are yours to cover.
Credit card: Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

4. Modification or cancellation
For any modification or cancellation, a written notification, preferably by e-mail, will always be requested. Your reservation number must be provided in the subject line.
a. Cancellation before your stay, by yourself
In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of a registered occupant, the stay will be fully reimbursed upon presentation of a valid medical or death certificate.
In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of a family member not staying in the lodge, the stay will be postponed free of charge within 12 months of cancellation, upon presentation of medical or death certificate. No refund can be requested.
For any stay cancelled and not covered by the cancellation clauses mentioned above, the following conditions apply:
– more than 30 days before the arrival date, 10% of the amount of the accommodation will be retained.
– between 30 and 8 days before the stay, 50% of the amount of the accommodation will be retained.
– for any stay cancelled in the 7 days preceding the date of arrival, or interrupted after the date of arrival, the total amount of the stay will be due or will remain due to Bleu Minuit.

b. Modification before your stay
More than 15 days before the stay, the modification can take place free of charge, according to availability, within the current calendar year only (with possible adaptation of the tariff according to the tariff category). In the event of a postponement to the following calendar year, an administrative fee of 10% on the accommodation will be retained.
Between 8 and 15 days of the stay, the modification can take place according to availability, within the current calendar year. Bleu Minuit will retain 10% of the amount of the accommodation. In the event of a postponement to the following calendar year, an administrative fee of 20% on the accommodation will be retained.
Less than 7 days before your stay, the date of your stay cannot be modified.

c. Modification or cancellation of your stay by Bleu Minuit BEFORE your arrival
In the event of an Orange weather alert, with circumstances beyond our control expected such as bad weather, storms or thunderstorms, Bleu Minuit management reserves the right to cancel your stay for safety reasons. In this context, we will propose to postpone your stay in a lodge to a later date, within the next 12 months. If you have already left your home, we will offer you the opportunity to relocate to other types of accommodation at no extra cost. In this sole case, you will benefit from a 25% discount on an equivalent stay at the Bleu Minuit domain within the next 12 months.
If you are not satisfied with any of these offers, you will be refunded the full amount paid; no further compensation can be claimed.
If your reservation is made using a gift voucher, the general terms and conditions of sale for Gift Vouchers apply (5.): Gift Vouchers are not refundable. Your reservation can be postponed free of charge within the next 12 months.

d. Modification or cancellation of your stay by the domain Bleu Minuit ON PREMISES
In the event of an Orange weather alert, with circumstances expected beyond our control such as bad weather, storms or thunderstorms, management reserves the right to cancel your night in a lodge, for security reasons. Relocation to other types of accommodation will be offered according to our availability and without supplement, and in this case only, you will benefit from a 25% discount on an equivalent stay in a lodge within the next 12 months. No other compensation may be claimed. Only if we did not have a relocation solution available, will the sums paid be refunded or a date postponement be proposed to you, within the next 12 months.

e. Modification or cancellation of your stay by yourself ON PREMISES
In the event of a refusal to enter your lodge, no compensation will be claimed.

5. Purchase and booking with a gift voucher

a. Validity of gift vouchers:
Gift certificates are valid for one year. They can only be used on the days specified on the gift voucher.
A prior reservation must be made, generally between 6 months and 1 year before the date of the stay, depending on the period.

b. Cancellation before your stay:
In the event of serious illness, serious accident or death of an occupant or family member not staying in the lodge, the stay will be postponed free of charge within 12 months of cancellation, upon presentation of a medical or death certificate. No refund can be requested.
For any cancelled stay that does not fall within the cancellation clauses mentioned above, the entire amount on the reservation will be due or will remain the property of Bleu Minuit.

c. Modification before your stay:
The same conditions as for a classic reservation apply. The validity date of your gift voucher must be respected (see 5.a).

d. Modification or cancellation of your stay by Bleu Minuit BEFORE your arrival

e. Modification or cancellation of your stay by Bleu Minuit ON PREMISES
The same conditions as for a classic reservation apply. The validity date of your gift voucher must be respected (see 5.a).

f. Modification or cancellation of your stay by yourself ON PREMISES
The same conditions as for a classic reservation apply. The validity date of your gift voucher must be respected (see 5.a).

6. Capacity
The number of people mentioned per unit in our rates corresponds to the maximum authorized occupancy taking into account the available equipment. It cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.

7. Tariffs
Our prices include all taxes. Only prices shown on our website are valid. Tourist tax may be added as necessary.

8. Services included
Your wellness pack (on loan) is at your disposal in your lodge: bathrobes and towels. An umbrella, an ecological speaker and a telescope are also at your disposal (on loan). On the day of your departure, please leave these items in your lodge. Otherwise, you will be charged.

9. Animals
Pets are not allowed in our lodges.

10. Valuable items
It is recommended not to leave any valuables in the lodges, a safe is available at the hotel reception. The management cannot be held responsible for theft in the lodges.

11. Complaints and complaints
Any complaint relating to a stay must be sent by registered letter with return receipt within 30 days of the stay to the following address:

12. Consumption of alcohol and cigarettes
It is strictly forbidden to be in a state of drunkenness in the lodges.
Smoking is not allowed inside the lodges.

13. Litigation
In the event of a dispute, only the jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Paris is recognized.

Your stay:
48 hours before your arrival, we kindly ask you to provide your arrival time (by email), from 3pm onward.
On the day of your departure, the lodges must be vacated before 11am. We kindly ask that to leave the lodge as clean as possible.

By accepting these general terms, I acknowledge that my stay takes place in the heart of nature, with the hazards that go with it: variable weather, presence of insects, birds and mammals near the lodges and that it is also possible to encounter them indoors.
