Georges Flaig, chef of the Anthon restaurant, revisits traditional Alsatian dishes in his kitchens and practices a cuisine that he likes to call "free cuisine".

The Bleu Minuit philosophy and its vision of sustainable development can be found in the plate. At Anthon, everything is homemade with local and seasonal products: bread, pastries, yoghurts, jams, ice cream...
The restaurant buys its products from local producers to ensure exceptional quality and taste.

It is possible to have breakfast at the Anthon restaurant from 8am to 10am.

You will be offered a gourmet buffer composed of local products at the price of 14€ per person.

Lunch & Dinner

At your convenience, the Anthon restaurant welcomes you from Wednesday evening to Sunday evening for lunch or dinner.

It is possible to have lunch at the restaurant from 12:00 to 14:00.

The arrival for dinner is between 6:45 pm and 8:30 pm.

The menu

The 3-course local menu is priced at 36€ per person. The 4-course gastronomic menu is priced at 66€ per person.
